    Designing a Monitoring and Controlling System on IOT-Based Sockets

    The government's program to promote energy conservation efforts by reducing the occurrence of vampire power in the surrounding environment, particularly in the household sector. For this reason, modifications are made to the socket so that it can be controlled and monitored remotely through an application on a smartphone. The hardware design uses the NodeMCU ESP8266 V3 as a microcontroller. Combined with the PZEM-004T sensor module to read current, voltage, and power values. Relay module to secure the circuit in case of higher loads. So that in the system, the socket can be monitored 3 sockets simultaneously. While the software design uses the MIT app inventor as the user interface, and the Thingspeak platform as a server. The data is saved in.csv format, which can be opened in Microsoft Excel.  The data stored is in the form of the name of the electronic equipment, the time of use, as well as the voltage, current, and power of the device. So that users can manage the use of electrical appliances at home and reduce the occurrence of electric vampires. The test results showed an average voltage error rate of 0.24% with a voltage range of 226 V–230 V, an average current error rate of 22.18%, and an error rate on power of 15.39%. This is caused by the measured load being too small, resulting in higher errors in current and power.

    Abstrak: Pemodelan Sistem Pengontrolan Frekuensi pada PLTMH PTPN Kayu Aro. Pada sistem PLTMH ini sering terjadi masalah terutama ketidakstabilan penyaluran yang disebabkan oleh perubahan beban. Sehingga menyebabkan frekuensi dalam sistem pembangkit tersebut tidak stabil yang dapat mengakibatkan peralatan listrik rusak. Oleh karena itu dalam penelitian ini mengoptimalkan kontrol frekuensi dengan menggunakan kontrol PID untuk mengatur Load Frequency Control (FLC). Untuk mendapatkan parameter kontrol PID yang optimal digunakan metode Ziegler-Nichols. Sistem pembangkit tenaga mikro hidro dalam penelitian ini menggunakan generator induksi, servo dioperasikan sebagai governor dan beberapa komponen lainnya. Pembangkit ini dimodelkan dalam simulasi menggunakan program matlab-simulink. Hasil dari simulasi tersebut menunjukan ketika sistem kontrol PID diberikan parameter Ki=15,20 , Kp=1,03 dan Kd=0,533 sistem menghasilkan waktu respon frekuensi yang cepat dengan nilai rise time 2,002s sedangkan nilai overshoot 0,132% Kata kunci: Load frequency control (LFC), Kontrol PID, PLTMH. Abstract: Frequency Control System Modeling at PLTMH PTPN Kayu Aro . In this PLTMH system, problems often occur, especially distribution instability caused by changes in load. This causes the frequency in the generating system to be unstable which can result in damaged electrical equipment. Therefore, in this study, optimizing the frequency control by using PID control to adjust the Load Frequency Control (FLC). To obtain optimal PID control parameters, the Ziegler- Nichols method was used. The micro hydro power system in this study uses an induction generator, a servo operated as a governor and several other components. This generator is modeled in a simulation using the matlab-simulink program. The results of the simulation show that when the PID control system is given parameters Ki=15.20, Kp=1.03 and Kd=0.533, the system produces a fast frequency response time with a rise time value of 2.002s while the overshoot value is 0.132%.     RAPID PCR–BASED DETECTION OPTIMIZATION OF PORCINE DNA IN GELATIN CAPSULE SHELL

    Objective: This study was conducted to optimize the genomic deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) based molecular detection of gelatin derived from porcine by performing polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) and duplex PCR method employing cyt B gene.Methods: Optimization was carried out for DNA extraction, PCR conditions, and the sensitivity of the PCR-RFLP method. Due to the very low DNA trace in gelatin after the various manufacturing process, the extraction was optimized to obtain sufficient DNA which was visible on the agarose gel. PCR-RFLP was carried out using universal primers and BsaJI restriction enzyme, and duplex PCR was carried out using two sets of porcine-specific primers. Porcine and bovine DNA were mixed in various concentration to confirm sensitivity of both methods, i.e. 100%, 50%, 10%, 1%, 0.5%, 0.1%, 0.05%, and 0.01%Results: Both methods, PCR-RFLP, and Duplex PCR, were able to detect as low as 0.01% porcine DNA, indicated by the presence of porcine DNA amplicon bands (131 bp and 228 bp for PCR-RFLP, 212 bp and 398 bp for duplex PCR). Although DNA bands presented in low intensity, identification of porcine and bovine species and estimation of DNA quantities were possible.Conclusion: Both conventional PCR methods, i.e. PCR-RFLP and Duplex PCR, were sensitive, specific, and suitable as a rapid initial detection method for molecular detection of porcine in gelatin capsule shells

    Workshop is the sole construction project owned by PT. Saptaindra Sejati Job Site Boro. There are 4 newly constructed workshops that each have unique functions. With a roof area of somewhat more than 720 m2 and a height of 20 meters. The most important bangunan in the business's area is the workshop. This raises a number of risks, the most significant of which is bangunan tersambar petir since sifat petir dominan menyambar tempat tertinggi. Approximately 7 computers crashed after the petir sambaran. Where the computer in question contains important company data. Without any analysis or corrective action, this situation could result in operational deterioration and reduce a company's profit. In the year 2021, PT. Saptaindra Sejati Job Site Boro certified a kelayakan system pentanahan. The goal of the certification was to understand kelayakan bangunan prior to use and to obtain a certificate from KTT (Kepala Teknik Tambang) PT. Borneo Indobara. The results of the previous system certification for the building's workshop were good and clearly stated. However, uji kelayakan ulang system pentanahan bangunan dan penangkal petir workshop did not yet take place in 2022. According to Pemerintah Uji regulations, pentanahan is carried out every two years, while, according to PUIL, every six months. It was determined through analysis and testing that the voltages for sentuh and long-wave tegangan with a frequency of 0.5 seconds each had been determined to be within acceptable standards, i.e., 173,891 and 155,371 Volt, respectively. As a result, it was possible to state that the pentanahan system in the workshop area was functioning properly

Jurusan Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar, Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan, Universitas Negeri Makassar, “dibimbing oleh Patta Bundu dan Amrah”. Permasalahan dalam penelitian adalah minat belajar peserta didik yang kurang serta perhatian terhadap pembelajaran dan lingkungan sekolah yang tidak ditata dan dikelola dengan baik contohnya toilet hanya ada satu tidak ada pemisah antara peserta didik perempuan dan peserta didik laki-laki, serta pengaturan kelas kurang pencahayaan. Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk mengetahui gambaran pengelolaan kelas, lingkungan sekolah, minat belajar serta mengetahui hubungan pengelolaan kelas dan lingkungan sekolah dengan minat belajar peserta didik kelas V SD di gugus 1 kecamatan Pallangga kabupaten Gowa. Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian kuantitatif yang bersifat deskriptif dengan model korelasional untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya hubungan antara dua atau lebih variabel tanpa memberikan perlakuan pada variabel tersebut. Variabel X1 dalam penelitian ini adalah pengelolaan kelas sedangkan variabel X2 yaitu lingkungan sekolah dan variabel Y yaitu Minat Belajar. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sekolah yang ada pada Gugus I Kecamatan Pallangga Kabupaten Gowa pada tahun pelajaran 2020-2021 berjumlah 5 sekolah yang diteliti dengan jumlah siswa secara keseluruhan yaitu 315. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 176 peserta didik, data hasil penelitian diperoleh melalui angket. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis statistik inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gambaran pengelolaan kelas, lingkungan sekolah, dan minat belajar peserta didik berada pada kategori tinggi serta terdapat hubungan positif atau signifikan antara pengelolaan kelas dan lingkungan sekolah dengan minat belajar peserta didik sehingga hipotesis penelitian diterima

    Abstrak: Prototype Sistem Kontrol dan Monitoring Suhu Serta Ketinggian Air pada Kolam Budidaya Ikan Menggunakan Logika Fuzzy. Kualitas air yang kurang baik mengakibatkan pertumbuhan ikan menjadi lambat, dalam usaha budidaya ikan nila ketersediaan air dan kualitas air merupakan salah satu faktor yang menentukan keberhasilan dalam usaha budidaya ikan. Untuk kualitas air pada pembudidayaan ikan nila khususnya pada besaran fisik air, suhu air yang optimal sebagai penentu keberhasilan bagi budidaya ikan nila adalah 25-30°C. Pentingnya pengontrolan dan pemantauan kualitas air pada keberhasilan budidaya ikan, maka perlu dirancang suatu sistem pengontrolan suhu dan ketinggian air yang bisa dimonitoring dari jarak jauh dengan menggunakan metode logika fuzzy dan menggunakan Internet of Things (IoT) sebagai monitoring, dalam kasus ini perancangan dalam skala aquarium 30x30x30 cm. Sistem kontrol dan monitoring dalam penelitian ini berhasil dilakukan. Untuk pengontrolan ketinggian air, debit air yang masuk setiap menitnya adalah 3 liter. Untuk mengontrol suhu air dengan kondisi air panas dan dingin, waktu yang diperlukan untuk menaikkan suhu sebesar 1°C adalah 38,9 menit dan waktu yang diperlukan untuk menurunkan suhu sebesar 1°C adalah 20,4 menit dengan ketinggian air rata-rata 15 cm atau setara dengan 13,5 liter. Kemudian alat ini berhasil dimonitoring dengan menggunakan Internet of Things (IoT) dengan koneksi internet dari jarak jauh. Kata kunci: Logika Fuzzy, Internet of Things, Sistem Kontrol, Monitoring. Abstract: Prototype System of Control and Monitoring of Temperature And Water Level in Fish Farming Pond Using Fuzzy Logic. Poor water quality results in slow fish growth. In tilapia aquaculture, water availability and water quality are among the factors that determine the success of fish farming. For water quality in tilapia cultivation, especially in the physical quantity of water, the optimal water temperature as a determinant of success for tilapia aquaculture is 25-30 °C. The importance of controlling and monitoring water quality in the success of fish farming, it is necessary to design a temperature and water level control system that can be monitored remotely using fuzzy logic methods and using the Internet of Things (IoT) as monitoring, in this case the design on an aquarium scale 30x30x30 cm. The control and monitoring system in this study was successfully carried out. To control the water level, the water flow that enters every minute is 3 liters. To control water temperature with hot and cold water conditions, the time needed to raise the temperature by 1°C is 38,9 minutes and the time needed to reduce the temperature by 1°C is 20,4 minuteswith an average water level of 15 cm or the equivalent of 13.5 liters.     Program for Learning the Pronunciation of Phonemes for Children with Hearing Impairment at SLBN Cileunyi

    Based on preliminary observations at SLBN Cileunyi,  the errors the pronunciation of phonemes were found in children with hearing impairments in grade 3 elementery school of SLBN Cileunyi. This happens because of the impact of hearing loss experienced by them. Schools have made efforts to practice the pronunciation of phonemes that are integrated into learning activities, but the planning and implementation of learning are still not optimal. The purpose of this study was to develop a program for learning the pronunciation of phonemes for children with hearing impairments at SLBN Cileunyi. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study research design. The program was developed based on empirical and theoretical studies which were then validated by experts. This program contains the scope of warm-up exercises for articulation and respiratory organs, phoneme formation exercises, and phoneme improvement exercises. This research resulted in a program for learning the pronunciation of phonemes which was made based on the needs of children and the objective conditions of the school and based on the supporting theory. Through this program, it is hoped that teachers can carry out learning to pronounce phonemes well and in a planned manner based on the needs of the child

    Application-Based Development of Alternative and Augmentative Communication System for Children with Cerebral Palsy

    Based on the observation results, children with cerebral palsy were the subjects of the study. They communicate using gestures such as pointing accompanied by meaningless vocalizations. Only some people can immediately understand what the child intends. When they need something, the child will cry and scream. Based on these obstacles, the children need media as an alternative and augmentative communication system that can support them in communicating with their modalities and needs, one of which is using symbolic pictures and voice output. This research aims to design an alternative and augmentative communication program based on the children's assessment results. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques such as interviews, observations, and documentation. The study results in a program design expected to be implemented as a comprehensive tool to assist children in communication

    Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini selain sebagai tri darma perguruan tinggi, kegiatan ini di latarbelakangi oleh semangat untuk meningkatkan kompetensi para guru TK/PAUD di Kecamatan SombaOpu Kabupaten Gowa. Untuk mewujudkan hal tersebut maka guru-guru TK/PAUD perlu dibekali kemampuan meneliti, bentuk penelitian yang paling tepat untuk para guru TK/Paud adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Para guru yang mau naik pangkat di wajibkan untuk melakukan penelitian dengan harapan untuk memperbaiki kualitas pembelajaran, PTK dianggap penelitian yang paling cocok bagi guru , karena persoalan yang sering dijumpai oleh guru terjadi dalam setiap kegiatan pembelajaran, Mengingat pentingnya penelitian tindakan kelas ini maka guru-guru yang dimaksud disini bukan hanya guru – guru dari kalangan pegawai negeri sipil, tapi guru yang berstatus swastapun(guru honor/yayasan) hendaknya dibekali dengan kemampuan melakukan penelitian tindakan kelas. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu dalam bentuk pelatihan, sebagai berikut: 1) melakukan presentase; 2) diskusi; 3) sesi tanya jawab; 4) latihan pembuatan PTK kepada peserta baik individu maupun kelompok. Adapun tujuan dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah: 1) agar para guru-guru di Paud/TK dapat meningkatkan kompetensinya dalam menyusun karya ilmiah penelitian tindakan kelas; 2) Melatih para guru agar guru-guru di Paud/TK bisa membuat sendiri karya ilmiah kenaikan pangkatnya. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) pelatihan PTK sangat diperlukan oleh para guru-guru Paud/TK, disebabkan minimnya pengetahuan guru-guru Paud/TK dalam hal pembuatan karya ilmiah PTK; 2) Kemampuan guru dalam penggunaan IPTEK yang terbata

    SISTEM MONITORING PENGISIAN BATERAI PLTS 100 WP MENGGUNAKAN SENSOR PZEM 004T DAN SENSOR TEGANGAN DC

    Energi listrik yang dihasilkan oleh PLTS tidak dapat dimonitor pada saat PLTS dioperasikan. Untuk mengurangi kerusakan panel surya dan meningkatkan kinerjanya, diperlukan suatu sistem yang memonitor kinerja panel. Proses pengisian baterai PLTS menggunakan panel 100 Wp dengan sebuah baterai 12V 45 AH yang berlangsung selama 8 jam.  Tahap awal dari proses perakitan sistem monitoring pengisian baterai adalah terlebih dahulu mengkalibrasi sensor tegangan. Setelah proses kalibrasi, kemudian dilakukan penentuan program dan penentuan nilai low dan high yang akan digunakan.  Selanjutnya, dilakukan proses penginputan program ke dalam aurduino melalui software aurduino IDE. Hasil pengukuran sensor tegangan DC dan hasil program yang digunakan kemudian diuji. Proses monitoring pengisian baterai PLTS dilakukan selama 3 hari penuh. Setelah dilakukan proses monitoring, nilai rata-rata tegangan yang naik selama pengisian dari 08.00 sampai 15.00 adalah sebesar 0,341 V
